Spending Faction
Is there a way to spend faction as a PVE char without getting to the bottom of the factions map and without being in a guild or spending Lux faction in a kurz guild and vice versa? Thank you for any answers

PvP char and have the guy in gtob take them to JQ. The real question is...how did you get the faction without being within a mission or two of HzH/Cavalon xD

That char would have to get to the kurz or luxon factions guy which will bascially require you in one of their guilds or near the end of factions. |

Get a friend to give you a guest invite to a guild of the correct faction, then go to their GH and you can spend faction on everything except boosting alliance rep.

If you only have PvP characters then why are you interested in the Luxon/Kurzick skills?
If you do have a PvE char, then why not just play through? |

Just ask around towns for a guest invite and get the skills that way.

Guest invite is usually what I do, ask for 30 secs in kamadan/balth temple. If no response offer 200g and usually will get a response like instantly for free 100g profit.

The lux/kurz pve skills are usually at your gh or possibly ab outpost / jq or fa pvp outposts.Far as im aware you cant enter lux or kurz outposts and get a title skill.
Also its impossible to spend say lux faction in a kurz guild - its different type of faction. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Faction read thru the relevent links which should clear up things hopefully. |

...all this work, instead of simply taking the time to get to HzH/Cavalon directly?

You don't need to get to the bottom of the Factions map. You simply have to complete one of the befriending quests so that you have access to House zu Heltzer or Cavalon. Then you simply need more faction on hand of that side to purchase skills.

I thought the rewards NPC would actually talk to you even if you didn't have more faction than the opposite?

Why leave your guild? The Lux and Kurz skills are identical, so there is no point in having both sets. Get whichever set corresponds to your guild alignment. You probably have higher title rank in that alignment anyway, so the skills from that alignment will give you the best effect.
